  • Led two weekly Sunday Morning worship services for students grades 6-10.
  • Attendance grew from 60 students to 130 students between the two services.
  • Conceived and implemented a Wednesday night youth program, called “Midweek” for students grade 6-12, which provided an additional worship experience, small group environment, and once a quarter outreach events.
  • Participation grew from 25 to 150 weekly and up to 250 students during Outreach Events.
  • Grew small group ministry from 6 to 18 weekly small groups with 2 leaders in each group.
