I am a well rounded person with many skills in many areas such as fast food restaurants, janitorial/custodial, general office duties, route driving, basic electrical wiring, basic electronics, and can pack or organize any space. I have always been dependable, hard working, and willing to take any steps to achieve my best no matter where I work or what the task to be performed is. I have great people skills and ability to get along with 99% of others. I do tend to be slow at first, but as I progress, I become faster.

I started out selling newspapers on medians and went to delivering and selling papers to businesses downtown. I set records in most paper sales in one day, week, and month. I took the downtown route from 20-25 to a total of 35 in just 5 weeks.
I performed all tasks of cleaning the shop from floors to machines. I did perform some machine operations of the lathes and mills as well as did some painting, wiring, and various other odd jobs.
I performed several tasks from basic photo copies to making detailed color copies of maps. Even tho I was still in High School, I was performing my tasks at a better rate then those who were employed for years.
I was responsible for assisting the Chaplain in all of the duties of the office including answering telephones, bookkeeping, records keeping, ordering supplies, setting up services, data entry, filing, organizing inventory, and electrical safety maintenance. Before I became a Religious Program Specialist I received my Basic Electricity/Electronics certificate and worked in the Engineering Log Room as a Yeoman performing most of the same duties as an RP.
I helped rough in and finish 5 houses by installing outlet and light boxes, wiring, breakers, plugs, switches, light fixtures and did the testing to make sure all was well.

I started out as a part time Janitor and became a full time route driver. I was responsible for filling, collecting, and cleaning all vending machines including money changers. I was responsible for ordering and inventorying supplies necessary for the route including vending machines. I was responsible for all the money handling from the machines which averaged 2-4 thousand dollars per day.
My major accomplishments were as follows; Out of the seven routes, 4 in town and 3 out of town, my first one being out of town, I was 3rd best overall in sales and 1st in cleanliness, organization, customer satisfaction, and shortages. Due to my performance I got the opportunity to take over the biggest route, which was in town, and including the biggest account for the company. I took the route and turned it into the most cleanest, productive, and organized route in the Company while maintaining the lowest shortages, customer complaints, and the best truck service of all drivers.
I was responsible for all the office duties including the following; payroll, bookkeeping, ordering supplies, accounting, data entry, filing, and making deliveries of finished product. This was a small machine shop and only consisted of 4 personnel so the tasks were not that difficult to keep up with, but it closed its doors.
I was responsible for supervising a crew of 3 effectively and efficiently operate the McDonalds restaurant. I trained crew to make sandwiches, cook and prepare food, work registers, perform safety hazard checks including taking temps, maintain a clean restaurant, perform opening and closing duties, and make schedules.
I started out as an opener and was responsible for preparing all foods for breakfast and making sure all product was ready to serve upon opening of the Burger King restaurant in Rolla, Missouri. My duties included baking, microwaving, and deep frying all product necessary to serve all breakfast menu items. Prepare any food orders that came in. I also took both front counter and drive thru orders as well. I was also responsible for taking temps, getting lunch prepared for and making sure all breakfast items were disposed of and cleaned areas before lunch. After learning all my duties I was promoted to Breakfast Supervisor and after several years of learning was promoted to Assistant Manager. I was responsible for making schedules, counting down drawers, making deposits, maintaining supplies and ordering, while assisting the Store Manager with their duties. I learned to both open and close a store while also filing in at other stores as needed. I was then promoted to Store Manager.
I began as a night maintenance worker for the Missouri Council of the Blind New Image Thrift Store in Springfield, MO. I was responsible for cleaning the restrooms, sales floor, warehouse, and outside. Duties included sweeping, vacuuming, removing donations from dock and putting them in there proper spot, helping customers load purchases and unload donations as needed. I was moved to the day maintenance position which included the above mentioned and the following; bailing of clothes, empty dumpsters, help truck drivers unload and make sure store was in good shape for night maintenance. I was then promoted to truck driver where I was responsible for effectively and efficiently planning a serious of pickups with minimum time and fuel expense, pick up the donations and pack in such a way to maximize space to ensure all stops can be put on one truck load. I picked up donations at both family homes and businesses. I was responsible for bringing the donations back and unloading them either on carts according to space or the warehouse as needed. If necessary would take them to a storage unit. I was also responsible for maintaining a fuel and mileage log.
Upon opening the new store I began as an Assistant Manager and was responsible for assisting the Store Manager with all duties of opening and closing the store. My responsibilities included; Payroll, general office duties, deposits, and preparing all the new documents for opening a new business. I was then promoted to Store Manager, but decided to step down and become a Truck driver. My duties as a truck are as follows; effectively and efficiently planning a serious of pickups with minimum time and fuel expense, pick up the donations and pack in such a way to maximize space to ensure all stops can be put on one truck load. I picked up donations at both family homes and businesses. I was responsible for bringing the donations back and unloading them either on carts according to space or the warehouse as needed. If necessary would take them to a storage unit. I was also responsible for maintaining a fuel and mileage log, truck maintenance check list, preparing tax receipts with letters, and keeping inventory of all donations.
I studied and learned the basics of electricity including voltage, current, resistance, series and parallel circuits, wiring diagrams etc. The basics of electronics including identifying components and their functions, troubleshooting circuit boards and circuits, designing and building circuits and how to operate and calibrate all the test equipment to include volt/ohm meters, ammeters, oscilloscopes, and soldering irons.
I learned how to type 30+ wpm, filing, bookkeeping, records keeping, supply management, setting up religious services, and basic accounting.
I learned all the basics of electronics again along with programmable logic controllers, electrical wiring, physics, piano, human relationships, Bible as literature, public speaking, trigonometry, and geometry.
I studied the following: Old and New testament studies, youth ministry, Southern Baptist History, educational ministry, comprehensive writing 1 & 1, how to write exegesis of the Bible. Old and New testament history of the Bible, and other various ministerial and biblical studies. I also studied both Greek 1 and Greek 2
I studied the basics of psychology including the following: abnormal, child, adolescent, history of, human sexuality, industrial/organizational, statistics, environmental, animal, and experimental 1 & 2. Along with those I took coursework in theater, atmospheric science, and fitness for living. I almost graduated, but ran into complications with work and possibility of enlisting in the Army and did not finish. I only lack 3 credits from graduating with my BS in Psychology.
