My job skills include many important skills. I started my job skills with distribution and logistic when I worked at the California Cheese Factory in Corona California. I was responsible for unloading heavy items and distributing them to the proper location. I quickly learned new skill when I accepted a position at IFCO Pallets in Riverside. I learned how to use automated power tools in the construction and assembly of pallets. My skills as a bilingual translator served to facilitate relations between English and Spanish speaking employees. My interpersonal skills helped me to lead my team to always meet or exceed daily production requirements. I continued to acquire new skills when I worked at PROPAC in Mira Loma California. I learned how to use a great variety of power tool both electric and pneumatic. I was a team leader and lead my department to always exceed what was required of us. I worked very dedicated to my job often doing overtime or coming in early. I also help manage the relations between the non-English speaking workers and the English speaking people Then I gained valuable skills in the use of navigational devices. I learned logistics both in support and the acquisition and distribution end.I gained knowledge in facilities services and was also a bilingual interpersonal mediator when I worked at The Hacienda in Perris California
AT IFCO Pallets I was very proud to always meet or exceed the daily requirements for my division. I often worked extra overtime to help exceed all requirements. Many times I would even start work early to help always give my employer more than was expected. I also have good skills with managing relations between Spanish speaking and English speaking people. I am also very good at all getting people to work together so that we can always exceed what was expected. I am a very hard working person and always try and do more than was expected of me. I learned management skill by having to help in the production team by serving as a go-between for the English speaking employers and the Spanish speaking employees.
