I have been in the packaging industry holding various positions for the past twenty-six years. In that time, I have advanced from the lowest paid job in a manufacturing facility to being a proven performer in sales and account management. I specialize in building walls around customers and finding better ways to sell.
I am a loyal employee that is looking for a company worthy of that loyalty. I am self-motivated and need very little supervision to get results. I build teams within an organization and treat every employee and customer with dignity and respect. I have a list of professional references including current and past customers that is impeccable. I would say that my best qualities are my honesty and my sincerity. I understand the needs of customers, as I was once in their position. I am also easily adaptable and have a "whatever it takes" attitude. You will find that I am a team player. One of my favorite sayings is, "Let's just kill the beast. We will figure out how to divide it up later".

In this position, I increased sales in my territory from $2.2MM to $26MM. I had responsibility for one of our largest customers. My responsibilities included building new business, creating sales plans, developing margin-enhancement opportunities, team building and working directly with individuals within our company and with our customers to develop higher, wider and deeper relationships.
I was responsible for building a territory in the Southeast. Tenneco had no existing customers in the area. I brought many opportunities, but we were mostly unsuccessful due to high manufacturing costs and lack of wide-format printing in the area. I was successful in landing new business, but it required thinking outside the box and developing new processes and doing redesigns for our customers.
