Take old tread off, X=ray for broken side walls or bead. Skive out broken wires and holes, patch and fill with rubber. Roll on adhesive then new tread, put an inner and outer rubber jacket around tire, which has an air valve to suck all air between the two. Put tires in a big curer and let cure. Became certified in all positions by Michelin.
