I designed a mini protocol for analyzing student work. I used the protocol to lead a grade level discussion of the work. Teachers collaborated to plan next steps for instruction based on our conversation.
I've also used both PS & Inform to pull data on math standards and grades and led department discussions. I've also used these data banks for individual students.
With input from Math Intervention teachers and others, I designed a systematic way to collect both descriptive and numeric data for students enrolled in Math Intervention. This Excel file is shared on Google Drive so that all teachers can easily access the information and communicate with each other.

· Provided PD on Math in Focus curriculum that was written over the summer & Google Drive – All math teachers started sharing files on Google Drive in Sept. and continue to use it.

· Developing a department rubric for Independence and Persistence in Math Class in Math
