Team leader in my area of producing saw blades. Daily meetings to follow up on progress of orders, setting up and repairing machines, running production that consist of brazing carbide tips and gauging for accuracy, sharpening tips and doing a final gauge to see if accuracy is within limits before going to the next process. In between those tasks I counted orders and moving them to the correct location for the next process.
Cost management was a daily task. Keeping a log book on cost of materials, how long it lasted, improvements I done to make materials last longer, and consulted with manufacturers on materials for better prices and better products.
During the seven years of employment I had perfect attendance.
