1.) Self-motivated- I am a finisher of 23 full marathons, I wrestled two years while I was in college, earned two college degrees and have published two books.
2.) analytically minded- during my years of chemistry/biology/physics laboratory exercises, I have amplified DNA by way of PCR and separated the proteins by way electrophoresis, amongst many other things that are done on a daily basis in reference laboratories, and written numerous papers and presentations, as well as journaling the labs. Through these experiences, I learned to be diligent and thorough.
3.) Goal oriented-throughout my youth, in the classroom, on the football field, on the wrestling mat and on the job. Set goals and start with small, attainable ones and move on to the big ones from there.
Through customer service and my years in health care, I feel I've been able to interact well with many people, regardless of age, gender, outlook, circumstances. Medical care has also been placing greater emphasis on customer satisfaction these days.
Several of my past jobs involved working with unhappy customers/donors/patients. I have tried to use these past experiences as learning tools.
