  • Implemented the cultural transformation of 3 inpatient units and 130 bed Nursing home (Community Living Center) using the Plane tree model.
  • In collaboration with the community, successfully raised nearly $2 million for Fisher House construction, negotiated with private sector partners in implementation of an enhanced use lease project to use VA space for homeless veteran and female veteran housing.
