Over 39 years of combined military and civilian professional experience in the field of helicopter maintenance and supervising Soldiers and Army civilians. I have management and supervisory experience from the initial, mid and senior levels. I also have experience in training development and classroom instruction. After retiring with an honorable discharge from the Army in 1996, I worked at Allison Turbine Engine Co., Indianapolis, IN as a logistics coordinator. I have vast amount of experience in the areas of defining new requirements for products and following it through from an idea to acquisition. Although most of my experience is in the Army Aviation maintenance area, I ask that my skills and knowledges and experience as a first line manager, supervisor and working with many different cultures of people on a daily basis throughout my entire career be viewed as positive factors. I am a professional no matter the level or type of job. I am a dedicated, responsible Christian man with the highest integrity and dedication in all I do no matter if it is sweeping a floor or managing employees. What experience I may lack, I will make it up in willingness to learn and a can do attitude in all I do.
