Fitness training and exercise are a second retirement career for me. My first career was as an electronic engineer with specialization in telecommunications from which I retired in 2003.
Won the Gazette regional newspaper "Healthy Challenge" in 2003 triggering a dormant interest in sports, health and fitness. With that interest, I studied and earned CPT from ISSA, followed by CPT form NASM the premiere sanctioning body.
Developed a close working relationship with a number of the medical physical rehab providers, where I have provided corrective exercise for clients that have used all of their insurance paid services.
I was fortunately chosen as trainer for Ray Clark a 102 year old centenarian. The work and exercise we did got us on an interview segment that was picked by the TODAY show.
