My current work history is totally in the manufacturing field. I have had many achievements. I am currently seeking a change of direction for my future.
My accomplishments in the manufacturing field are my dedications to my job. I am a certified solderer. I started in my job with basic skills. I advanced in my job by becoming a group leader in an assembly department with approximately 15 people working for me. I was responsible for scheduling these people with work with a focus 100% on time delivery. Attendance records and vacation schedules were a part of my assignment. This was my job for 15 years. Another opportunity opened for me for running my own line independently.
Responsibilities in this job were independently running my own line. My job was to schedule my parts to be built for customer request. I focused on on- time- delivery, logging my production into the computer. Requested help from other associates when work was busy. Created a spoilage report everyday. Made a list to other departments for parts I needed to achieve my goals in my work area.
My current job is soldering circuit boards for military. I am responsible for fixing problems on circuit boards as I see are problems. My responsibilities also include computer skills in which I must look up bill of materials used on the product I am working with to order replacement parts and checking the cost of the parts. I must log into the computer all the completed units I build in a day.
