Manage contract and service for over 150 multi-function machines across all campuses and the University's Central Stores, including purchasing and distribution of letterhead and envelopes.
Provide customer service, explain bank services and assist with new accounts, loans, bonds, and securities. Enter new and update customer account information into computer system. Collect customer information for new loans and begin review process.
Provide leadership to the sales team with operational accountability for leading customer engagement efforts in the mall store by driving business and establishing relationships with other store leaders. Drive the stores performance by managing employee and customer experience as well as the store operations.
