My duties included the following:
-Creating and Recording customers and vendors into Quick Books
-Receiving and entering payments into Quick Books along with making deposits
-Billing customers for orders placed and entering them into Quick Books
-Paying our vendors and logging those transactions into Quick Books
-Kept track of inventory through Quick Books
-Did all the ordering for supplies
-Did the shipping and receiving of supplies and packing orders that I then shipped out
-Answering the phone taking detailed messages
-Helped in other areas throughout the workplace
-Helped in filing, making folders for new customers and vendors
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. We enjoy the outdoors, like the lake, beach, fishing, swimming, camping. We enjoy going to Church and having dinners with our family on the weekends. We love to travel.
