Monitor mail room staff to ensure proper screening of high volume internal and external mail.
Train peers ATAAPS Payroll System
Coordinate, research and order supplies for Garrison Mail Room, Meter Machine. Ensure customers receive mail in a timely manner.
Delegate as USAG FG, Safety Officer and Accident Report Coordinator for Garrison, which requires knowledge of procedures and regulations.
Manage the receptionist area, including greeting visitors and responding to telephone and in-person requests for information.
Develop electronic file systems and maintained electronic and paper files. Maintain the front desk and reception area in neat and organized fashion.
Assign additional duty as Service Desk Clerk for DPW and prepare over 1,500 service orders and provide customers with service order numbers.
Serve as training coordinator for USAG Garrison. Process over 250 service request for Pest Control, Serve as alternate key control coordinator for DPW.
Proficient in Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, Publisher and Access. Disperse incoming mail to correct recipients throughout the office.
Ensure faxes, incoming and outgoing correspondence deliver to staff in a timely manner.
Facilitate working relationships with co-tenants and building management. Organize files, develop spreadsheets, faxed reports and scanned documents.
Create spreadsheet using advanced Excel functions and calculations total incoming and outgoing mail.
