I am a graduate of the Industrial Electronics field I have over 25 years in the Maintenance field 5 years supervisor and the last 4 as maintenance manager.
I serve as the Lock out Tag out trainer as well as safety committee leader I currently am in charge of one supervisor and 3 maintenance techs. I have lead in all new installations and purchase of new equipment for my current plant as well as switching to green economic improvements install better lighting and installing electric press instead of hydraulic.
I am in charge of supervisor and 3 maintenance techs I lead the team in keeping control of the Maintenance Budget and all purchasing I give support on the jobs they have trouble with in order to maximize time and cost Management and I like to stay involved with my staff to know whats going on.
