Mac+ advisors are responsible for handling technical-support questions for Apple customers and partners. Provide prompt, reliable, and accurate information to customers while maintaining effective communications during conversations by adjusting to the pace and technical level of the customer. Responsible for ensuring call resolution in a timely manner, while maintaining the highest level of quality support in every customer interaction. Mac+ advisors are expected to retain their Tier 1 iOS knowledge and also assist with overflow of iOS customers. Dual trained to assist with T1 Mac and T1 iOS calls.
Maintains security and safety of people and property in assigned area in Waterstone by patrolling areas on foot and enforcing rules and regulations. Observes activity and traffic in assigned area to enforce Waterstone rules/regulations; alerts visitors of infractions. Collect ID, Vehicle information, for access in the communities.
Provide continuous attention to customer needs; greet, assist and thank customers in a prompt, courteous and friendly manner. Stock and rotate department (grocery, general merchandise, dairy and frozen food areas) products to ensure freshness and date control; restock and use supply items efficiently to eliminate waste and to maintain the lowest supply cost. Operate department equipment and tools. Assist with receiving vendor merchandise. Offer product suggestions when appropriate.
