A long term career goal is to continue my schooling to achieve mine RN BSN and potentially my MSN. After achieving my goals in education i would like to use it all to advance my career. Working in a facility or environment where every day will be a new experience, to me would be very insightful as well as a challenge I would want to face. Ultimately my goals include continuing my education to push me further ahead in my career to give me an abundance of job opportunities.

Understanding mental illness and drug and alcohol addiction and applying knowledge to care of clients. Working with interdisciplinary team and collaborating care with all members and case managers along with client and client family members. Nursing duties that fall under the responsibility of the LPN is what i do at this facility from medication administration and treatments to care conferences and group meetings.
Obtaining an education that will allow me to be an affective, safe practicing nurse that can demonstrate clinical practice with critical thinking skills, while following facility policies, maintaining HIPAA, and being a patient advocate. Facilities I had clinical at are as follow: Fort Hamilton Hospital- 5 clinical terms, Good Samaritan- 1 clinical term, and Bethesda North- 1 preceptor experience.

Patient, documentation. Third term- clinical setting; Maternal, patient advocate in for live birth. Fourth term- clinical setting; Data collection, assessments, care plan, patient care, Medication administration, Treatment to patients, documentation.
