Assisted individuals with counting and keep track of how many pieces they did for that day. Cleanliness of work areas and safety of the individuals. Monitored health issues as well as behaviors. Made sure correct pieces were inputted into the computer to make sure individuals were compensated correctly. Also made sure that individuals ISP's/IP's were implemented correctly. And when we did not have work out in the community I would sub for supervisors that were out for the day, in all of the areas in the workshop.
