Prep cook. I made sauces, gravies, everything the line needed. I cooked pasta, cleaned meats, fishes, made soup and set up the line everyday. I made sure the weekend specials were ready. Three days per week I received order delivery and rotated the order to vegetables, meat, dairy, and freezers.

I made sure to have all the sauces, such as foster sauce, french toast deeps, cranberry mayo and all the dressings, and i filled my station with everything that was needed. Grills, i made sure I had hamburguers, slice chicken, also cold cuts. Sandwiches set ups, LT. taking orders, made home fries and made sure my station was clean and helped with cleaning at the end of the day.
