My career focus is to develop students into critical thinkers who can find joy in reading complex literature and writing engaging papers. I'd like to teach students the skills they need to assess, evaluate, and identify ways to progress through classroom instruction. Through my teaching internship I have garnered the ability to teach a diverse group of students. Through freelance writing I have gained skills in professional writing and using my works to begin much needed discussions. My love of writing is transferable through teaching.
