I started as production welder then moved up to supervisor over warehouse and production
I was the seventh person hired in this start up facilty. I helped them build the production lines from welding to electrical,hydraulics,and pneumatics.
I also made sure that the production lines had joist to build and which line was going to build them
I was a heavy equipment operator which included loaders,haul trucks,cranes,skid loaders,and dozers. I then moved to secondary plant operator. After that they moved me to the maintenance shop where i was part of the new construction crew where we put up new plants and or build them from scratch.This is when i learned how to read blue prints and run 30 ton hydraulic crane
