I am currently working as an LDAR Technician at FHR Pine Bend Rosemount. My job requires a basic understanding of production and process streams in the refinery. In the past year I have identified over 500 components (way above average) that other LDAR Techs have missed or overlooked. When the quarterly stats come out I usually lead the entire crew of 8 - 10 workers in every category. Nobody considers me an overachiever, I always work hard and do my best.
Every job I have ever had I have moved up faster than average, I catch on very quick and adjust very well to any atmosphere. In previous construction jobs I was foreman in less than a year. In my current job I am making more per hour than other employees that have been there a year longer than me. I always welcome a challenge and I love learning!
At my current job I am the highest paid employee of less than 5 1/2 years. My supervisor pushed the company to give me raises before the standard dates and above the standard amounts because He sees the amount and quality of work I put in every day and considers me a leader. Despite my less than 1 1/2 years with the company, when the MOC position opened up a few months ago I was considered along with bill of 5 1/2 yrs and Nate of 10 yrs.
In my Job as Phase 2 with Sundance, I started as a laborer and was hands on part of the crew within a month. In less than a year I had my own crew and by the end of the year my crew was the most profitable of the 4.
As Stone Mason with Sundance, I started at $12.00/hr as a laborer and was an installer within 2 weeks. After 3 months my Sq.Ft./Hr. was the fastest in the company and I was running my own crew within 1 year. Clients made special requests for my crew because of our quality and professionalism. Some of my work was even published in brochures and magazines.
