Customer Service Representative who maintains a high level of professionalism, patience and efficiency to minimize customer dissatisfaction and increase customer loyalty.
At the old faithful lodge cafeteria I was promoted to cafeteria supervisor within 2 weeks because of my hard-working attitude, good people skills, and because I am a very quick learner.
I served a two year mission for the LDS church and dealt with many different people everyday. I learned how to efficiently communicate with people I didn't know and quickly build good rapport with them.
I helped to put in sprinkler systems, plant trees and shrubs, and build rock walls. I also made orders and picked up supplies. I translated from English to Spanish for the owner to effectively communicate with his workers. Many times I explained to the customer the plans and made sure they were content with our work.
My responsibilities consisted of cutting and laying tile and carpet. I worked in a two to three man team and worked well with others.
My responsibilities were supervising and assisting the workers in the cafeteria which was normally 15 employees. I also dealt with dissatisfied customers and problems within the cafeteria. We served an average of 1200 people a day. I often worked 9-10 hour shifts.
I didn't finish high school, but received my GED in November of 2012.
I am currently a full-time student at Utah Valley University.
