I've worked as an apprentice electrician with excellent communications skills. I work well with others, while skillfully making independent decisions.
I have great references from all previous employers and have proved myself to be a very hard working and reliable employee!
I worked for my grandfather (owner) of Michnal Contracting as a dependable laborer and later on as a heavy equipment operator. My responsibilities included: hand digging large trenches to bury and backfill pipe for drainage systems, also used a variety of other hand tools and machinery to complete an assortment of different tasks as assigned.
I worked for SEM electric for just over a year before being laid off due to a lack of available work. During my time spent at SEM I worked hard to keep a clean and orderly work site while expanding my understanding of the electrical trade. I also spent the large part of the year wiring large commercial and residential buildings, starting with the rough-in stage and working through the entire job to the trim-out stage. Through the whole process I learned alot about reading blueprints properly and accordingly to each different job and blueprint scale.
While working for Triangle Electric I began to learn about the larger end of the electrical trade while installing up to 5' tall underground electrical boxes made of concrete. In the industrial end of the trade, I learned to use alot of different types of machines and equipment which was necessary in order to complete everyday tasks. In order to power large oil plants, etc. we were installing 480v panels and were regularly working with 240-480 volts. Due to the high risks involved working with such volts, safety was a daily focus and we spent alot of time looking out for one another while working in dangerous situations. While I enjoyed my job at Triangle Electric, I was forced to leave my job and move back home to Kalispell after the RV I was living in froze up and I was unable to find another place to stay.
I graduated High school a half year early with more than the required credits.
