This was a very comprehensive course covering all general construction trades. I estimated the Nassau County Fourth Precinct Project ($15 million to $20 million) independently starting with Quantity Take Off of all the trades (CSI divisions 2 thru 14), entering on excel sheets and pricing to arrive at direct cost. The quantity take off was aided by On Center Take-off software (Computerized Take Off). I worked out cost of general conditions, added to direct cost and prepared the final bid summary sheet which included Overhead & Profit, Insurance and Bond costs.
