Seasoned Electrician with seven years experience providing quality service and craftmanship in all residential and commercial electrical projects. I'm well versed in a diverse range of electrical systems, including transformers, generators, lighting fixtures, motors, and bending conduit.
Completed my AA degree in business while working full time, and completing my apprenticeship courses.
While employed with L.H. Cranston & Son (now Rommel Cranston), I came in as a second year apprentice and after two years, I was supervising four apprentices at the Edgewood Proving Ground.
During my time with Star Electric I was exposed to many different lighting systems, bent conduit, and got familiar with terminating wires in generators and transformers.
Cranston is where I learned to bend EMT (and a little bit of rigid). I first got exposed to 277-v lighting systems, and 480-v motors. While I was an apprentice, my main responsibility was to see that we had a clean work space, and that my mechanic had the proper materials and tools to complete the tasks.
At Benfield Electric I was taught to safely use hand and power tools, I was taught the basics of wiring; receptacles and lights. By the time I decided to leave Benfield I was wiring up panels, tying in meter cans and bonding water and gas pipes.
