• Managed the Mission, Plans and Named Operations assessments and reports via the Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) and Joint Combat Capabilities Assessment (JCCA) process to inform the Joint Staff and Office of the Secretary of Defense on SOUTH COM's ability to meet its portion of the National Military Strategy.

• Supported the “Leahy Law” Human Rights (HR) Provisions and Security Assistance by providing assistance in the vetting process and review of ongoing investigations.

• Maintained the Human Rights historical data warehousing capability, which provided briefing data points and used to measure the planned program goals.
