Maintenance & Stores, Records, A/C Routing, Engineering, Surplus, etc.; Attend the annual North American Airlines Loan Borrow Forum to enhance relationships; Manage efforts to locate lost parts, ship core returns, address delays, and resolve issues with damaged parts, bad from stock items, return-to-service fees, and billing discrepancies for A/P and A/R; Assist with daily/monthly reports; Follow established contracts in regards to pricing, lease thresholds, convert-to-sales, and exchanges.
Perform moderately complex administrative tasks relating to document management within Tech Ops Quality Compliance Systems department; Responsible and accountable for the collection, collation, scanning, and archiving of documentation related to work performed and services provided by Delta, as well as OEM technical publications; Meet production quotas, and perform quality audits to ensure retention of documentation in accordance with Delta guidelines and applicable governmental regulatory requirements; Assist personnel requesting Drawings, Service Bulletins, etc.; Provide research and support for Tech Ops initiatives and projects.
