Food Runner August 2012 to June 2013Coastal Flats － McLean, VirginiaI started as food runner at an established and extremely successful restaurant. I was responsible for delivering food that the guests ordered in a timely manner and making sure that they were satisfied with everything that was presented to them. I was expected to resolve any concerns that guests had on my own. I quickly became certified in training and preparing new food runners for the job, and also in running expo. Which means that I was responsible in making sure that all appetizers and salads were prepared and brought to a table in a timely manner.
