Engine Assembly Line Observed and analyzed the engine assembly line with an aim to reduce the number of defects per 100 engines.
Analyzed the data for the identification of issues.
Used Why-Why analysis to find the root cause of the issues which are causing these defects to occur.
Presented a detailed report to the person in-charge and successfully reduced the defects by 15% after the correction measures recommended were implied.

Was primarily responsible to calculate the gear ratios according the torque and power requirements of the car.
Did market research to find out the gearbox available with gear ratios similar to as calculated.
Successfully managed to decrease the time taken to reach 0-60 km/h and increased the top speed of the car as compared to last year.
