Certified Personal Trainer with education and sales background passionate about designing exercise and nutrition plans to maximize workout efficiency, improve fitness, boost stamina and increase overall well being.
Currently completing a 30 internship through the WITS Personal Training Program. Under the supervision of owner and head coach, responsibilities include shadowing and assisting in group classes and one on one sessions, conducting fitness assessments and training sessions with supervision, and assisting in modifying exercises appropriately to build new skills avoiding injury.
Responsible for plans and implementing a well-balanced program of age appropriate experiences and activities designed to meet the physical, emotional, social and intellectual needs of eight infant aged children.
Assesses children's growth development and alters instruction to meet the needs of child.

National Personal Trainer Certificate
An 8-week 62-hour program comprised of classroom lecture, practical training, and internship covering topics including biomechanics, exercise physiology, fitness testing, equipment usage, and health assessments.
