In the Navy was trained in operate, coordinate, and perform organizational and intermediate maintenance on alarm, warning, and indicating systems, interior communication systems, ship's speed and steering control systems.
At NWComm I started running wire and putting in small Partner Systems. I worked my way up to Putting Merlin systems and assisting in the CM installs. When I left NWComm I put in 90% of all the IP Office installs traveling across the country as the lead Tech on the John Hancock installs.
At Trinet I was one of two IP Offices technicians that serviced thousands of customers. Helped integrate Matrix Technologies and Prime Communications Group into Trinet Systems. Then was part of the team that transitioned us to the Carousel Industries.
At Carousel my job to work tickets in the SME queue. I take escalations from junior technicians and also work with Avaya Tier 3 and 4 to fix product issues. I am on an on call rotation that the after hours team will escalate issue that they can't resolve.
