While serving as a Sergeant in the Marines was directly involved with emergency and crisis training development and implementation. Promoted to Range Safety Officer where I was directly involved with creating risk management assessments, application of Incident Command System and lower level NIMS in training and real life high stress settings. Overseeing training to ensure employees followed operational risk management guidelines. Spent months reviewing after action reports in order to identify training needs, and address identified training needs through the delivery of training.
Care for elderly, and supervise handicapped persons throughout the facility, while performing life saving skills during times of emergency. Documenting times, actions, and activities using Microsoft office programs.
