Train all new employees and management on new policies or procedures within the office. Schedule and perform interviewing from the employment ads that I would list to recruit employees. Make sure all new hires had completed all paperwork, and completed training/orientation. Hold meetings with management daily prior to each shift. Hire and terminate employees through proper company protocol and keep a report of the activity. Develop reports and spreadsheets for tracking and evaluating employee/management performances, while reviewing their feedback if applicable. Assist Director of Marketing and/or Corporate Accountants as needed on any project or report needed on a daily basis. Answer and assist the employees on any questions or forms they have regarding health benefits, 401K, vacation etc, along with changes to their benefits, policies, or procedures. Track on overhead and floor expenses weekly to ensure we stay under budget. Order office supplies/equipment and log inventory. Maintain at all time the highest degree of professionalism for all employees, managers, directors, corporate officials, owners of the company, and customers. Time management, independent judgment, and excellent oral/written communication along with being a team player to ensure the workplace is not only highly productive at all times but a healthy work environment for all the employees.
