Process and update changes to the members policies at their request and as business needs dictate. Answer and facilitate financial questions with our customer service team for the members and agents/brokers. Work apart of a special work assignment team to meet and exceed expectations for projects furthering business needs and the company's direction. Research and solve system issues.
Provide information, education, and assistance to members, providers, other insurance companies, attorneys, agents/brokers, or other member representatives on recorded phone lines regarding benefits, claims, premiums, and eligibility.
