June 2010 to CurrentAutoZone Distribution Center - Terrell, TexasAs an inbound stocker, I quickly learned the process of the department and maintained an excellent production and accuracy rate, all while staying safe with no accidents or mishaps. As an unloader, I took ownership of the dock and always had it neatly organized and free of debris. I then went to the cross dock side of inbound and developed a process that allowed purchase orders to be easily accounted for while moving them from distribution center to distribution center within the company. I was then moved to the inbound control desk, where I have successfully delegated assignments, motivated fellow employees, solved a myriad of problems, trained people on PIE, unloading, receiving and replenishment, as well as three other control desk operators.
