Fifteen years experience in mental health mental disability rehabilitation and health care. I was certified in CPR, First Aid,Progressive Management of Aggressive Behavior for fifteen years. Responsible for medication count, monitoring of self-administration of medication ensuring that clients took the correct medication at the correct time and correct dosage. Responsible for meal preparation for as many as fifteen consumers. Monitoring and documentation of physical or mental symptoms to assist the Psychiatrist in treatment or need for medication changes. Responsible for answering the twenty-four hour crisis line for mental health clients and reporting those calls to the appropriate person if unable to assist or relieve the caller personally. Responsible for documenting each of those calls on forms and transfer to computer entry. Responsible for scheduling, providing and documenting rehabilitation training sessions ensuring those sessions were accurate for Medicaid billing. Assisted clients with personal grooming and laundry When needed. Responsible for the care of mentally ill clients to prevent them from hurting themselves or others and assist them to stay calm and relaxed for optimal recovery from a crisis situation or medication changes

Attended all Managers training programs and annual staff training for provided by Central Texas MHMR including Psyc medication use and side effects ,seizure management, ethnic diversity training, clients rights training, incident reporting,CPR, First Aid, .
