Hello, my name is Darrell Hendricks and i live in Vancouver Washington. I am a very friendly person and always love to give someone a good laugh.
People say I am a very positive person and a very hard worker. I have many goals and the first one is finding a job with a healthy environment and a growth within the company. Every job i have had i gave a solid amount of time working there before i decided if it was for me or not. I am very loyal and super kind to everyone around me. I am flexible when it comes to work schedules needing to be changed or even working late for any reason. I am a very understanding person and i don't tend to hold grudges. All around i feel like i can be useful in many areas, i just have not found my area yet.
I have been working as an HVAC installer for vanport for almost 9 months now. I have done mostly commercial work but i have helped on a few residential installs. I have installed duct work, drains, lineset, and have redone gas pipe. Currently working on a 10 story building re doing duct work and installing head units.
I worked in the shipping department at pacific crest custom cabinetry. The area i worked in specifically shipped out cabinets for Adair Homes. My job and one other persons job was to inspect the cabinets before they ship out to make sure there is no damage. Also to make sure the cabinet set had all the pieces and trim for install. If there were scratches or chips in the cabinets, i would try to work them out and repair them with the supplies provided to me. Such as wood paint markers, crayons, and finishing spray. If it was damaged to the point where it was out of my hands, as far as needing a whole new side replaced, i would grab the job packet and locate the number cabinet it was and what piece was damaged. I would then take note of the color and what was needed for that cabinet to be fixed and bring it to my manager. Upon approval i would follow the piece through its necessary procedures like getting it re cut and repainted, and bring it to the builders to be replaced. If the damage was more severe like a damaged door that i could not repair, i would have to do the same steps except instead of getting it fixed it would need to be reordered. I would then make note that the set of cabinets going out would have that cabinet with a missing door or whatever other part could have been broken. this would be a daily routine for me and we would have up to 5 sets of cabinets per day. Depending on what they were for, some sets would have 6 cabinets fora set, and some would have 40. If parts were missing or even cabinets, it was our job to track down where the job was staged before being brought over, and check the area. We would need to make sure it was found and if not take steps to get it replaced.
I love to bike during a nice day and get out and enjoy the sun. I do bmx for fun to stay active and involved in something. Home hobbies for me would be playing a video game if i wanna just relax and be alone, but for the most part i like to get friends together and BBQ.
