Processed transactions (hiring, terminations, insurance) for 165 employees.
Analyzed employment applications, processed personnel and position vacancies for the many agencies of State Government. Provided quality human resource services to those agencies who had no access to State Personnel Office recruitment system.
Assisted all Motor Vehicle Field Offices with information, job orders, troubleshooting, and evaluation paperwork throughout the State. Managed the receptionist area, including greeting visitors and responding to telephone and in-person requests for information.Served as central point of contact for all outside vendors needing to gain access to the building.Dispersed incoming mail to correct recipients throughout the office.Made copies, sent faxes and handled all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Maintained and updated HIV/AIDS client database for the State. Processed all paperwork for services available. Worked in a confidential environment and was responsible for keeping client files locked.
Traveled to property auctions throughout the state inputting new owner information in the system. I prepared deeds and typed information for newspaper release.
