General Administrative Duties:
Assist Managing Partners with any non-confidential administrative tasks such as creating/send emails, making reservations on behalf of the Managing Partners, creating/updating Excel worksheets.
Assist Managing Partners in event planning such as All Hands Meetings, holiday events or special meetings.
Generate Deltek Labor Reports on a weekly basis to be used to update contract labor tracking worksheets (ie CyberReliant, IAES and EAES); to generate payroll hours reports, to review hours to be invoiced against billable contracts.
Upload all Deltek labor reports to the Share Drive as directed: Create/update and maintain folders and arrange the labor reports by year/by month.
Will create and send weekly reminders to all Steel Point employees to enter hours on a daily basis in Deltek Time Collect and to submit their Deltek time sheets at the end of the current pay period.
Assist Managing Partners by uploading receipts and invoices to the Share Drive as directed.
Attend and participate in all required meetings such as: All Hands Meetings, Company sponsored events, meetings, PayChex Human Resources.
