Was courteous and resolved issues with shoe quality. Handled returns and exchanges. Reported serious issues to the department manager for resolution. Kept shoe displays neat, set out sales signs on appropriate displays. Counted the register at closing, ran the ticket with the record of transactions and turned them in to the finance department.
