  • when he returned i transitioned into running the service department of the car dealership, and my duties include but are not limited to setting appointments, creating estimates, collecting and processing payments, and ordering parts.
  • A large part of this position is also dealing with the mechanics and motivating them to get as much work done as possible in the 8 hour shift that they are working.
  • if that means i need to roll up my sleeves and get elbow deep holding a greasy engine then so be it whatever it takes to help my co-workers out is part of my job.
  • Now that my father is back at work and operating at 100% again he dose not really need me there he can again handle the workload by himself.
  • hence why i am looking for other employment, while i like the job i have been doing i love working in the restaurant industry and i am eager to get back to work.
