Whether it be online or face-to-face, in the bakery or at parties, I am a creative soul looking to provide clientele with a 5 star experience, and willing to go above and beyond expectations to do so. With a background in improv acting, retail, cake decorating, jewelry design and more, I am finding that I love a good challenge and adapt quickly to new work situations. Regardless of the job, making people happy and eager to return is the goal!

Nothing Bundt CakesGlendale, AZGSR/Crafter
While working for NBC, our top priority was giving customers that "wow" experience from the moment they enter our store. As a front of house worker, I was to greet customers enthusiastically within the first 3 seconds they came through the door, ask if they had ever been in before, and based on their answer I would either proceed to give them a quick tour and briefing of our bakery and cakes or ask what occasion brings them to us today before doing my utmost to provide them with the perfect cake and/or retail for their needs, always taking opportunities to up-sell.
In the back of house, as a crafter, my duties were to answer phones, make and restock decorations, put together balloon bouquets, keep the crafting area tidy and sanitized, decorate and wrap cakes, perform courtesy calls for pick-ups, and ensure no one's order goes unmade. Some days I would decorate and wrap as many as 20 cakes, not including walk-in orders.
All Dolled UpBuckeye, AZBirthday Party PrincessAs an improv actor, especially one who works mainly with children, it's important that I adapt to my role's mindset and stay in character throughout the duration of my job. To achieve this, I study my roles' backstories to prefect interpretation and have learned to apply makeup, walk and talk so that I resemble my role to my best ability. So far my main persona is Princess Anna from Disney's "Frozen", and I have played her at Glendale Glitter & Glow, grand openings, school festivals and birthday parties.
Divine, Darling!Goodyear, AZOnline Etsy Shop OwnerFor over two years, as a side job and personal hobby of mine, I have owned a few different online shops through Etsy and Storenvy. I run these on my own, designing and creating unique wire-wrap and crystal jewelry pieces that I photograph and upload as listings, then carefully package and ship out. As the shop's sole worker, I also am in charge of advertising and working with clients on custom pieces. I have done about 7 one-of-a-kind pieces that were requested by customers and all of my ratings throughout the history of my shops were, on average, 5 stars, and never less than 4.5.
