maintenance - nutrient creation and feeding, PH/Temp/PPM leveling, Co2 levels, Light height and percentage, overall environment checks, identifying and killing males, identifying and prioritizing high maintenance strains.
Pests - preventing, identifying, treating for pests in a compliant and consistent manner.
Spraying and maintaining outfit and personal protection standards, logging treatments and placing notifying posters as needed.
Spider mites, PM, Thrips.
Pesticide sprays Predator mites as well as preventative quarantines.
Harvest planning - tracking growth, planning months from clone to harvest for optimum work load and inventory as needed, physically trimming, chopping, storing as well as digitally logging harvests.
Cure - accurately logging and monitoring harvests and waste, evaluating humidity levels and acting accordingly, coordinating with trim and packaging crew.
Inventory - maintained the strains, maintained health and propagation of over 60 genetic varieties at once, phenotype and sex evaluated several strains from seeds, coordinated with packaging, management and retail to maximize profits.
Compliance - monitoring inventory through METRC, BIOTRACK, MJ FREEWAY, Excel and custom worksheets, tracking all plants with appropriate METRC tags and digital logs, pesticide application, warnings and logs.
Cleaning - sanitizing containers at all stages - all drip trays, clone trays, pots, , buckets and pots etc.
Different levels of cleaning solution, latex gloves when handling hazardous materials as well as flower product as needed,.
