I am currently going to school for Power Transmission Distribution Technology at Oklahoma State University-Oklahoma City. While going to school I was working as a electrical apprentice for Wetherbee Electric. The skills I have obtained from this job are hooking up electrical equipment, running electrical conduit, setting poles, along with many other low voltage electrical skills. After working at Wetherbee Electric I gained full time employment at Midwestern Electrical contractors as a ground hand. Later I was moved to digger operator in construction of overhead power lines. The skills I obtained from Midwestern are building overhead power lines, power line safety, and many other power line construction skills. I have worked multiple storms such as ice and tornado in Texas, Louisiana, Baltimore, and Tennessee. I am currently employed with Edmond Electric as a Apprentice Lineman working as a serviceman and troubleshooter. I am learning to troubleshoot overhead and underground construction. My daily work duties consist of service work and termination of primary and secondary underground as well as overheard. While working at Edmond Electric I have learned valuable customer service skills. This includes dealing with irate and frustrated customers. I have a Class A CDL license.
