Experienced production worker, equipment operator with self motivation or being an essential part of a team with an agricultural background.

I am a type of person who looks at a job as a whole instead of an hour to hour task. I'm eager to learn what I don't know or share any of my own experience with others to meet goals.

I have alot of pride in the work I do and what makes me different is the fact that I care.

Grain and Beef Farmer The Pic Group Dundee, MI,

I've been farming with my father all my life. Growing up we dairy farmed though the 1970's and 1980's. We built a cargill hog confinement housing nearly 250 fat hogs constantly. As hog and dairy production played out we turned toward beef and grain. Which we still do today. I've got experience in about every imaginable situation and I've used every type of machinery from cutting edge to complete outdated junk. I've learned to accept the good with the bad and not be unrealistic in my expectations. In my opinion there isn't no accurate way to discribe the experiences that a farmer might be subjected to and I feel that I've experienced most of them.
