This line was designed to produce at least a target of 100 parts per hour. A time study for each cell was made to study the time estimates for step by step sequence of each action that took place in the cell. Design and fabrication of multi- purpose agriculture machine. The main objective was to perform multiple actions like weeding, ploughing, seed sowing and pesticide spraying and thus reducing the lead time using a single machine at low cost. Designed the machine in Solidworks. Consumes no electrical power input and Use of Scotch Yoke mechanism. Design and Fabrication of Simple Car Body structure The objective was to develop a weightless car body that can be electrically operated. Use of in wheel hub motor to drive the vehicle. The core element, Chassis and Frame was made up of lightweight materials. Designed the structure in Solidworks and forces such as lift force and drag force acting on the vehicle was analyzed using ANSYS. Advanced Floor cleaning Machine. The objective was to clean the floor without manual work in less time. Arduino board and Bluetooth Module were used for automation. In one pass over the floor, a user can dispense cleaning and scrub away the dust and debris from the floor.
