Randstad Support Assignment
I began this assignment in December of 2012. Kevin Ashford and Trakeyla Peterson allowed me to work with Randstad, one of Monster's biggest Premium customers. My assignment was to create accounts for new users with the company (Randstad). My duties included creating the usernames, sending the welcome letters, and implementing the Pay-Per-View licenses on the accounts.
Knowledge Base (KB) Project
In March of 2013, Kevin assigned me to the Knowledge Base Project. The goal of this project is to update the Knowledge Base so that Monster employees would have the correct resources when researching internal and external customers' issues. It is an honor being assigned to this project because I am able to help other agents by updating one of our most useful sources of information. At the same time, it also was beneficial to me. In the process of updating KB's, I was able to learn some things that I may not have seen in my normal work day.

New Customers/Salon Owners Project
In January of 2010, my store manager asked for my assistance in driving more sales to the Hartsville store. My role as an Outside Sales Representative, gave me the opportunity to speak with salon owners that were not typically Sally customers. During my weekly deliveries, I stopped by salons and introduced the store's products and reward program. I delivered the store's monthly sales paper and assisted salon owners and cosmetologists with signing up to the Professional Program. My efforts, drove more salon sales to the Hartsville store.
After ten weeks of training, I began my role as a Global Customer Service Representative at Monster. As a Global Customer Service Representative, I assist job seekers with searching for jobs, creating and uploading resumes, and navigating the job seeker site. I also assist employers with posting jobs, searching for resumes, and purchasing products on the employer site. While under the management and leadership of Kevin Ashford and Trakeyla Peterson, I was assigned to the Knowledge Base (KB) update project. I was also given the opportunity to work with Randstad, one of the world's biggest employment agencies. I created new usernames and implemented the resumes licenses on these Premium accounts.
As an Outside Sales Representative, I prepared and delivered orders for salon owners in the surrounding cities. My in-store duties were to greet customers entering the store, describe products to customers and accurately explain details and care of merchandise, answer questions regarding store products, maintain up-to-date knowledge of store policies, and conduct weekly walk-throughs with the Store Manager. I also worked as a team member performing cashier duties, product assistance, and cleaning while providing excellent customer service.
As a Sales Associate at Shoe Show, I recommended, selected, and helped locate out-of-stock products based on customers' requests. I also performed cashier duties and maintained cleanliness and presentation of stockroom and production floor.
As a Second Assistant, I assisted customers with apparel selections, inquiries and catalog orders and I supervised store associates during store manager's absence. I was also responsible for ringing up customers in a timely manner and guaranteeing high level of customer service, organizing store merchandise racks by size, style, and color to promote visually appealing environment, and completed daily paperwork when closing and opening store.
My duties as a Sales Associate in my earlier years at Shoe Show was only to assist customers with their needs and maintain the cleanliness of the store and stockroom.
