  • Developed a GIS-based work order management system, known as CAPS, to create, track, and manage capital projects for Consent Decree required sanitary sewer work.  Emphasized using ESRI-provided solutions, such as CCTV Processor/CapitalProjects/Water Utility Editor and Dashboard, with layered configurations to fit within existing client architecture and provide future sustainability.
  • Application created to bridge the gaps between agencies and brought users to a single interface.  Oversaw and utilized an HTTP handler to consolidate, via attachments, valuable asset info from external enterprise systems such as CCTV Inspections, work order history, and design drawings. 
  • Worked very closely with a wide background of staff to create various databases and mapping components which allow user interaction for a variety of projects including food service facility inspection, sewer discharge events, overflow hot spot analysis, lateral network creation, and inspection/cleaning/rehabilitation programs. 

  • Integrated systems with CASSWORKS, POSM, Primavera P6 and Contract Manager, and data archiving software packages.  Coordinated with programming staff to create and maintain reports library. 
  • Oversaw the migration of existing shapefile storage system into enterprise SDE environment.  Automated various data exchanges using Model Builder and Python programming.  
  • Handled and worked with staff on automating production mapping needs and creating tools to allow users to quickly create and export low-frequency maps as well as automated production mapping. 
  • Worked with team members to provide comprehensive training for ArcDesktop editing tasks and interaction with top-level mapping applications.  Provided additional training and support for various software programs.  
  • Conducted meetings with consultants, IT staff, field crews, and project managers for new initiatives and progress workshops.  Included as a member of the client (IT) Standards Committee.
